Refund policy

Except as stated above under damaged Goods we will not accept the return of goods for refund unless, in our sole opinion, they are not up to the acceptable quality standard we believe you would expect.

We will not accept any return of goods if they have been cut in any way since receipt by you. If goods are accepted for return, we will offer you the choice of replacement or refund. Any refund will only be made by the same method as payment was originally received.

No returns will be accepted if you change your mind because the product isn’t what you expected. We recommend that you request a cutting to be certain of your decision.

Any return or refund must be discussed within 14 days of purchase arriving to client.

All goods - Wallpaper and Fabric.

Any costs associated with an approved exchange for any reason other than the product being faulty will be at the buyers expense and subject to a 30% restocking fee.
